Ever After High is a show based on the Brothers Grimm tales. It is a series showing the lives of fairy tale characters' children, the next generation to follow their destinies (or not). The show gives the spotlight to Raven Queen and Apple White at the start of the series. There arguments are based on the fact that Raven doesn't want to follow her evil mother's destiny of poisoning Apple. Raven is told by Headmaster Grimm that she could potentially disappear from the world and her story if she does not sign the storybook of legends, which is like a contract saying their destiny will come true if they sign.
The show EAH was based off of books. The first book series was written by Shannon Hale. First published on October 8th, 2013. Unfortunately, it was discontinued a year after, on October 21 2014. The second book series was written by Suzanne Selfors and its first book was published on January 6th, 2015. I believe there are other authors who wrote stories about eah but Hale and Selfors are the main/primary authors.
