Anne with an E is a show based on the book 'Anne of Green Gables'. It follows this girl on her adventure out of her terrible orphanage and finally into a lovely home. Anne is sent to Green Gables with the Cuthberts.

Unfortunately, the show was cancelled due to inactivity and unpopularity in the age range 25-54, which was the targeted audience. If continued, the series would go on showing all of Anne's life.
